Embark on your ADHD journey with me.

I help parents, tweens and teens understand their unique brain and develop the skills to thrive.

Helping You and Your Child Thrive

ADHD coaching is a supportive process that helps your child embrace themselves as they are, empowering them to move forward by learning to understand and work with their unique brain.

When children are young, we as parents, scaffold and support their needs, but as they grow up into teens and young adults, ADHD coaching helps them learn how their brain works, and develop the skills to manage independently for themselves.

As their certified ADHD coach, I will work with your child to help them shape their sense of self, build positive self-image, understand the challenges they face, celebrate their strengths, and teach them the skills to thrive.

ADHD coaching is valuable for you as a parent too, providing a framework within which to understand your child, along with their behaviours. And indeed yourself, if you have ADHD too. Helping you embody the learning, parent with compassion, and lead by example.

I am your child’s cheerleader, and a safe part of your support structure as a parent. Together, we lay the foundations for this journey, step by step.
